vaccum cleaner service issue

i had complain regarding my vaccum cleaner to eureka forbes service centre on 10 of march,as my product was not working,but not received any service call or an engineer for the same…though my vaccum was in warranty…the complain number is 70506163,,please help me out,looking forward for some stern and quick action from ur side…thankyou
