Utterly failed to provider services

My name is Mayura Suresh, i am the customer of Reliance Big Tv since 3 1/2 yrs. My smart card no is 200782246470. Recently I shifted my home to nearby of the area previously where i was living.

After 4 months of disconnection of my connection I recharged the monthly Brownze pace + Shifting charges a sum of 610/- rupees at the reliance customer office on 3rd of August. After paying the amount immediately i called up to customer service and i requested to send the technichian to fix antenna at my home. They promised me they are going to send their person in 48 hrs and need not to give any money to him.

I waited for 2 days nobody has come and again when i called up to customer support they said our person has called you and were out of station like they said i shocked. I didn’t even get a call from any body. Again i registered a complaint to send the technichian and again they said we will send our person in 48 hrs. But they again failed to send the person.

Every day twice i called the customer support from 5th onwards they didn’t even bother about customer end. I spoked to the supervisors Mr. Satish Kumar and Mr. Ravi they also failed to give the assurance. When i asked them that whats the problem they couldn’t able to answer.

On 13th august i got a call from Mr. Ravi who is technichian from Yakudpura. He said we come to your home to fix the antenna but you have give us the money 350 which shifting charges and he said no amount will be deducted from the accout. When i called up the customer support they said dont give any money to technichian they wont ask any money. Again i called up the technichian he said if you give me the money then only i come like.

Finally i got fed up with this service. Since 11 days i am just calling to customer support and i didn’t get any services. Additionally everday the amount is deducting from account.

I request to please resolve my case immediately.
