Hi,,we had brought two water dispensers from usha which is under warranty for 1 year.But with in two months we had an issu e with the same and had complained the customer service and upon several calls there is no technician to repair the same.

Hi, I am also from Bangalore, having a ‘similar’ problem for a mattress (Kurl-on). My complaint is by the name of Kurl-on mattress (posted yesterday). I understand that the companies have become too callous and try to shy off from real issues. We the customers are always at the receiving end.
I think we can approach a consumer court for proper redressal. I just put this message to you as it shall be better if we can help each other to sort out the respective problems. To discuss how to go about it??
