USHA HONEY WELL COOLER’S MOTOR NOT REPLACED SINCE JUNE EVEN AFTER BEING IN WARRANTY

PURCHASED USHA HONEYWELL 601 FROM RELIABLE SAFE WORKS NOIDA D 17 SEC 9 ON 2ND JULY 2013 .The cooler stopped working on 10 june 2014 ,i called the customer care of your company and registered my complaint a technician visited thrice repaired the motor but it works only for one day .I told them to replace it but they tell me its not in our policy we have a policy to repair but not replace and ultimately i am still in vain , unattended and helpless ,i have purchased a new cooler now can’t use your branded company’s cooler and request you to kindly look into the matter and help me as otherwise i have to knock the doors of consumer court.
