dear sir , this is yogesh lahoria i am staying in Hyderabad 4 months before one of airtel executive came to me and offer me to buy a airtel postpaid sim at same time i refuse to take that sim he told me that if i take that sim right away i will get 50% off and he had a plan of Rs 299 per month to any network after and 1GB data free every month after long conversation i took one sim from him in the same time he taken 500 rupees from me as a connection charge and he told that it will be refund in my first month bill and my number will be activated with in 24 hrs but after 3 day when the number is not activated i called the customer care service regarding the problem they told me that my id proofs is not sufficient for them so i re submitted my id proofs to them after one week my sim was activated but with in a 2 day i started getting a msg from airtel that i have 2500 pending bill payment again i called customer care of airtel those people told me that thts my previous bill i asked them to send my bill at my home address or in my E@mail id but none of them i got . after a 2 weeks i got a msg that my data service have been stopped bcoz of over limit when i check my data limits its showing i crossed over 500 mb as per the procedure i called customer care people they told me that i have 500 mb plan not 1 gb data plan after a week i started getting unknown call for a for name priya her friends calling in my number for birthday wishes and daily chatting purpose when i told them this not priyas num they told me that one of the friend name priya had this num 6 month back as per the same thing i given a complaint to airtel customer care service but i did not got any kind of response after a month these people called me for pay a pending bill of 8000 rupees including the previous bills and charges i was shocked i asked them to send the the exact bill in my e@mail id right way they told me that they cant send me the because of my service has been stopped and my out going calls are aborted after a week i got a call from airtel customer care one of there female executive asking me to pay the bill when i told her about the she told me that she is not interested to listen all these thing and she started using mass languages like (if i am unable to pay the bill way the heck i taken the sim ) after a while these people stopped my incoming calls also having no way i started using my old sim card but these people started calling my colleague
