unwanted deduction of money

It says,a service named powerplay,has been activated on my phone for 2 days,and it charged 10 rs. I havent ordrd any srvc. I tried to complain abt it,bt my ph was nt picked up. Today 30 mins ago,i gt the same msg,and 10 rs has been deducted. Now thats a theft. I strongly condemn it. So,i am complaining here unable to find a way. I have gone through several harrasments lyk this in the past. Consumer forum consists some complain of those. I appeal to you to help me to get my money back. I am a student and cant afford these nonsense. If they dnt gv my money bk,take strong legal action against them
