Unwanted Deduction of balence

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Gorakhpur,up&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: B.s.n.l.</p>At 31may,20 rupees deducted from my mobile number 9453991062.i tried to connect the custmore care but there lines are always busy and holds more than 2 hours but couldn’t retrieve.now i am in roaming and i have no ways to recharge my account.bsnl has many times deducted my balance and i also complain too many times but bsnl doesn’t stop unwanted deducting.plz help me.
