unwanted deduction by Reliance GSM of Rs. 120 & 10

Location/place: Ratlam

Name of company/service: private

I am using Relaince GSM and once I recharged with Rs 120 on 21st April 2013 and within one hour whole amount was deducted without any message or notification from the company. After that I contacted customer care but everything in vain they told me that server is down, I called them about 3-4 days continously, after that my no was automatically disconnected as when i called them.They didnt solve my problem. I mean how they can do it ?? kindly help me to fix my problem …

    sir,
    Still problems remains the same, Again my balance have been deducted of Rs. 102 out of Rs 120, however my last problem was resolved and I was refunded Rs 120 yesterday but again my bal have been deducted without any reason yesterday itself without any msg or notification by the company neither I didnt call or msg anywhere ..what they are doing ???? I am being mentally harassed by deductions …why are they doing again and again, I am not able to use my cellphone either way…what should I do ??? Plz fix my problem permanently…
