UNWANTED BALANCE DEDUCTION SEVERAL TIME,GETTING NO RESPONCE FROM CUSTOMER CARE.

Location/place: ATARRA DIST-BANDA U.P.

Dear,Sir i am using BSNL UPEAST Prepaid Sim Card since 1 year because of that some unwanted calls and illegal balance cut.
but i was wrong.
one i have call 1503 care bsnl unable to talk care but when i disconnect the call,i have received a sms was follows from BSNL.

and from my main a/c minus 10 Rs.

then i called BSNL care,they say hune ye service activate nahi ki aur kuch nahi ho sakta kuch baat karne ke baat kaha aap 15 se 30 din wait kariye. yadi galat balence kata hoga to return kar diya jayega aur ye service humne deactivate kar diya hai next time aapka koi bhi bal nahi katega.

after some days.
from my a/c. 5 rs. deduct for a new service jisko ki maine activate kiya hi nahi tha last time humse kaha gaya tha ki aapke no. par ab koi service activate nahi hai.

again humne customer care call kiya wahi purani baate humne yaha se servise band kar di hai 15 se 30 din wait kariye balance wapas hoga.

after some days
again Rs.5 deduct again i have called care but same responce.

I did not get any balane retun since now.

Note- Mostly time when i have called Care and say about complain they say.
our system is under updation pls. call after 24 hours.
sometimes it is more than 2 or 3 days they same same responce.
Note-2
Sometime when i have called Care they disconnect the call without providing proper responce saying Thankyou for calling BSNL.

I have so much angry with this type of Customer service and very trouble.

So Please Help Me.

mai jab bhi Recharge karata hun 1 or 2 din baat balance kaat diya jata hai.
