Unwanted Balance Deduction

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am using the Airtel Blackberry Internet Service 399/- on my phone where browsing and sending emails was supposed to be free. But I have charged for it when I am browsing or sending emails. I want the refund for the amount deducted from my account. This is ridiculous. I called the customer service but was of no help. Please help me. Highly dissatisfied. If I do not get the refund I will take legal action and will file a fraud against Airtel. Best time to reach me before 9:30 Am and after 7.30 pm

I WANT THE REFUND AS STILL IT IS DEDUCTING BALANE IF I AM TRYING TO USE THE BROWSER OR BB APPLICATIONS.
