Unwanted Balance Deduction

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

I have been calling the customer service for a while as they are constanly deducting balance for a longer period od time and when I ask them for what reason they deducted they said I am using internet. I dont use the Internet and every time I’m going in a runaround. They are not willing to help me. I need those amounts refunded as still they are deducting balance from my account. Plase help me to get the refund to my phone. My contact number is +918274857372.

I hope it can be resolved at the earliest.
