This is regarding the highly unprofessional and worse service by the bharat sanchar nigam limited. I am being charged Rs. 6 every week for a chat service that I have unsubscribe for and also discontinued it b calling the call centre(the only time my call was connected and picked). I received a message about the services being deactivated. But nearing the end of the week, I received a message telling me that being registered user of the chat service I will be charged Rs. 6 in two days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 or call 155223. I do the same to unsubscribe the same. And I receive the message that no service is currently active. And after two days I am charged Rs. 6 and this has been continuing for the last 5 weeks. Every week the same story is repeated. The call to 155223 is never connected. Moreover, the call centre executive told me that my balance is Rs. 148 which in fact was 95. Unable to give me a reasonable explanation, he tells me to call after 4-6 hrs, till then the records will be updated. How can their online support be not updated? After that the call neither got connected nor answered in the other case. Their customer care number is always unavailable. A couple of days back I received another message regarding deduction of Rs. 5 for “follo”. I am unable to understand the meaning of follo and further I have never asked for such a service. Intact I never do hut still they are charging me for such things. I request to kindly stop all these tactics and means to collect revenue and rather be honest regarding services and performance. I shall be highly thankful for timely resolution of the problem.
