Vodafone is regularly activating the services that I never wanted to subscribe and for that they are deducting Money from my account on dayly basis. I also tried to add a compaint dialing 198 but for my number it seems the service is de-activated, because whenever I tried to talk to customer care executive the pre-recorded voice-response system is sayaing “We are sorry. This time we cannot connect to customer care executive” and the call ends… This is happening since last week…ISN’T IT A KIND OF ‘LOOT’…Please help me and take serouce measures to prevent these kinds of fraudent activities, Thank You.
