unwanted activations and deductions

this is for the second time the company deducted my balance for several services which were not activated by me. i talked to company helpline and complaint online but no action taken so far.
so i request you to kindly have an quick look on this matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

    i am ashish living in bangalore i have also the same deduction problem with this company my number is 9036163120
    on 2nd october i recharge my mobile with 60 rs and after 1 min they deduct 30rs from my phone in the name of matti ke rang named service.when i asked the c care about that she did not give me appropriate reason and simply disconnect my phone .before 1 month i apply for dnd but they are doing such things this is happen 3rd time to me now i just want my money back otherwise i want to u file a case on them by using my name.

    Hi,

    I have taken a tata photon internet connection. initially the speed was good. but from july 12 onwards the speed has drastically reduced. the download speed has fallen to 10 to 20 KBPS. minimum it should be 256 kbps.

    I have raised a network complaint in July, till now this problem is not solved. when I called customer care, they told me that entire karnataka this problem is there, and will 50% waver in my bill.

    Next month, I got the bill with full amount, when I asked for waver, cc told me to raise a complaint, when I asked them to raise a complaint, they are saying, already there is a complaint so they cannot raise a new complaint on the same issue. hence no new complaint, I didnt get the waver.

    This is really pathetic. I cannot raise complaints every month.

    I refused to take the waver and asked them correct the network issue, till now it is not solved and every day I get a call from tata docomo about bill payment.

    few weeks back, some one from network team has contacted to install a singal booster, but till now no one has arrived.

    when I called the CC about the network issue, they told me that, they called on my cell and I have not picked up, so they closed the call. Such a pathetic answer I never saw in my life. really pathetic service.

    Close the network issues, install the booster and show good speed, then I will clear my dues and continue services.

    If not I need to take action through consumer forum.
