Sir,
I am Just Fade Up OF Requesting For Deactivation Of Value Added Services.
Each And Every Month i’ll Have to Cal Customer Care and request a deactivation.
And repeatedly each month many of the services are automatically activated without any prior notification.
When ever i call customer care they tell that all services are deactivated and immediately after that messages from the company end gets started. Messages from WEB18 and many other sources are getting down there in my inbox.
frequent Deduction of balance is also there on unknown ground and services.
Kindly suggest what to do in such case.
i would like to file a petetion under consumer protection act in this case.
