unusual act from customer care

Dear Sir,

I Edward raj, am having a mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO (8904771113), yesterday night around 11:00 pm I called to customer care from my other docomo alternate number (9343434443) for getting the settings for my PC to connect internet from my handset. The executive was guiding me & in between he asked me to hold the line & he disconnected the call & later when i was trying to call from the same number but not able to connect to the customer care center as they have restricted my number to customer care.

Then I realised why this happened & called from my other number (9243231113) but same thing happened in this call also. Again I tried from the number for which i required a setting i.e 8904771113 unfortunately same thing happened to this also.

I was trying to call to customer care till midnight 01:00 but no use as they have restricted my all numbers from calling to customer care.

It is one of the worst part for such a reputed company but it is fact that they were failed to resolve the problem & created nuisance by restricting my all the numbers from calling to the customer care.

Please take a necessary action against the service provider for their act so that they should not do such act with the customers.
