I have ordered for i phone 5 based on the advertisement given in the facebook on 13th of august but i received an unuseable piece on 5th of september. on complaint they said to book in their complaint site and i have booked and they have given the id as ID 934966. When again contacted the company they say that the complaint has not been booked and every day they say wait for 24 hrs. I request you to kindly book a complaint against the firm and ensure that i get back the money Rs. 7999/- which i have paid online for the unuseable piece of iphone 5
