Unusable Data Card

Name of company/service: Reliance 3G GSM Prepaid Data Card

Sir,
I bought the Reliance 3G data card (GSM prepaid) on last Wednesday (20.06.2012).I had paid Rs. 1603 for the same. It included data card charges and 3GB data usage for 30 days.
However till date i have not been able to use the data card. I called up the customer care services of reliance who informed me that I had used up the data.How can i use up the data when i have not been able to connect? I asked them to give me the details of my usage which they obviously failed to provide.
My point of purchase is a registered Reliance store. It appears in the official website of Reliance. The address of the store is
C-247 RAJA S C MULLICK ROAD JADAVPUR KOLKATA- 700032.
The phone number given to me is 033-32428236.
Though they rarely pick up when called.
I am currently at Kanpur and hence cannot confront them directly and they are taking full advantage of the same.
Meanwhile i have lost a lot of work and time and 100s on phone calls to customer care numbers who fail to help. Even writing to [email protected] (the offical e-mail id of reliance for customer care) is of no help. They are asking me to meet the store people when i have clearly told them i am not in position to do so.Please help.
