Unsubscription of VAS One97 VP

Without any information and my knowledge an amount of Rs. 10 have been deducted from my reliance no. 9863260818 for subscribing VAS One97 VP. today afternoon itself. But actually I did not subscribe to any kind such VAS. So, I therefore request your company kindly to look into such matter which may lead to discontinue from being your valuable customer. And again I request your company to look into such type of unauthorised subscription without any prior notice.
