I using idea celluar network and last 3 months ago without my information they activate MITTI KE RANG service on my mobile number 9889378281.when i did complain 1st time to idea customer care so they said they did process to deactive this service but next again 30Rs. Balance reduced on my idea account then again i did complain to customer care again they said they did process to deactive this service but it is not done and this time again this month balance reduced . I had complain number of my complain to idea customer .so what should i have to do ?
