I had purchased Sony Xperia C mobile phone 6 months back from authorized dealer of sony but now there is some display issues in phone but the authorised service provider denied to provide the service under warranty coverage even though the product comes under warranty. They have mentioned as body scratches in the service sheet but as if now there is no scratches on body. However, they said to service it will cost around Rs.7000.
I request you to provide a proper solution for the issue as soon as possible
