unsatisfactory service provided

Dear sir/madam,
I am keerthi krishnamoorthy, a post graduate student. I had wanted to write the set examination scheduled to be conducted on October 7th. I have paid a challan worth Rs.1000/- from the Indian Bank brach, Gudalur. I have been trying to register myself for about a week now. But the website seems to have some problems. They have been charging huge amount when compared to other examinations, but the service provided by them is the worst of its kind. I have been using the browsing centre, and it costs me unneccesarily as well. It also causes a great amount of mental discomfort as well. I kindly request you to take immediate action to remedy this problem as soon as possible.
