Unsatisfactory Service and Late in Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of town Kasia in District -Kushinagar (U.P) and an existing consumer of HP Gas with Consumer number 602151 (M/s. Kanti gas Service).

First of all the refill is not booked before 21 days of the current Delivery and after other 21 days there might a chance to get the next cylinder,there is always late in delivering cylinder and some times if we don’t insist the hawker to deliver the cylinder he donot come forward to deliver it and the agency has a policy of charging some extra amount against each and every delivery.

The owner of the Agency i.e Kanti Gas Service(Jitendra Kumar) illegally sells the cylinders in black market to get more profit, when asked about it he threatens us that he will use his approach and police power.

The agency has only 558 cylinders in stock but has more than 10000 connections in the town.

Always we have to fight with the agency staff and owner to get our cylinder, and Every morning there is always a crowd at the go-down to get their cylinder.

People here is unsatisfied with the service and behavior of the agency staff and the owner.

I request you to please come up forward and take some strict action against the Agency .
