Unsatisfactory Service

Dear Sir,

20 Hours already passed from my previous mail but still no response received from you side. why can’t you understand our problems our whole work is stuck because of the irresponsible nature of your as well as your Customer Care executives. We as a customer are facing unnecessary problems just because of TATA Indicom only.

Waiting for some positive response this time.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i had lodged a Complaint yesterday with regards to my Photon connection No. 9223713885 which was not working for which i had requested an engineer to visit my place and resolve the issue. I was informed that within 4 Hours of receipt of request i will receive a call for the confirmation and an engineer will visit as per the telephonic discussion. But till now after completion of 24 hours i hadn’t received any call from your side.

When i again contacted the customer care they are just saying i will take some more time. Am facing a severe problem because of the irresponsible nature of your customer service engineers.

Please guide what to do in this regards
