unsatisfactory after sale service

this is in refrence to complaint no. 8416008215. I have registered a complain regarding the dyrer problem on 17th july 2010. The pesonnel attended the next day and told that the motor of the machine is to be replaced and conform to change it by
25th july 2010. But there is no response from there side and when i call to the number provided, they just say that we are forwarding your complaint. They done this on 26th july 2010 and told me that there engineer will visit at our place by the same day, but there was no personnel from there side. Today ie 27th july 2010, also i called them 3 times and they are repeating the same and there is no sign of any person attending the complaint.
