Dear sir,
I was coming through 12225/KAIFIYAT EXP from Shahganj to Delhi. I have reserved ticket in sleeper class. My PNR No was 2666118750. I have suffered a lot because around one hundred unreserved passengers get on into my coach (S1)and near my seat 49. There were lot of water poured around bathroom. I coudn’t go to bathroom in 13 hrs long journey. Please accept this complain and take appropriate action.
