unresolved complaint for battery

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is what i have never expected from YAMAHA-India. A brand which i always admired, A brand which i always had respect for. But the reality is different. I would expect an after sales service from you if i have purchased a bike from you, But this is simply my mistake and my misconception that i expected a prompt sorry not prompt but at least a service from your company. This is been several times i faced battery problems and i have contacted for service and i know what answers i have got from your back office guys and also from the Dealer. I am so fed up with everything now and i am in no mood to recommend anyone to buy any YAMAHA product. This has been pathetic experience i am receiving from YAMAHA.and would suggest you to change your tag-lines so that buyers will get the clear picture of who you are.

Please i request you to kindly revert if you have any courtesy toward your customers (atleast for those who falls under warranty period)
