Unrecognised balance deduction

On 01-01-13 i have balance in my idea no 9785373101 is 99 rs. Then i have activated a 10rs gprs after activation of pack i checked my balance n shocked it is 45rs only after that i have tried 4 times to talk the custmor care but they deduct my 0.50rs every time n dont connact me to executive. What should i do to get my money back from idea?
N what should i do that it will not happen in future. Plz guide me…
