unprofessional behavior of hitachi customer care executives / technician

Subject: Regarding Faulty Air conditioner, bearing complaint no. 13052301361 dated 23/05/2013.
Sir,
This is to invite your urgent attention towards the following:-
1. I am your consumer and using hitachi Air conditioner which installed at my chemist shop, I-58, Lajpat Nagar –II, New Delhi- 24 and is under warranty.

2. That on date 23/05/ 2013 I had complaint of my air conditioner to hitachi customer care and got the complaint 13052301361.

3. That on dated 25/05/2013 a technician visited the place and examined the air conditioner, told us there is problem of compressor and it would be replace by some other technician in 1-2 days.

4. That after 1-2 days when nobody has come to replace the faulty compressor, I further contacted to customer care but I got harass by executives there in customer care.

5. That at last they have given me a number 011-35324848, I had dialed this number several times but didn’t get any response.

6. That on dated 31/05/2013 I further contacted the customer care, then they replied compressor would be replace on priority basis or very next day.

7. That on 01/06/2013 a technician namely Mr. Dharam visited and commented the same version that fault in compressor and he will replace it by tomorrow.

8. That it is to till date i.e 04/06/2013 none has come to replace the faulty compressor or rectify the fault.

9. That due to the faulty air conditioner my shop is losing the customers as well as losing the business.
10. That due to unprofessional behavior of hitachi customer care executives / technician; I have harassed mentally and economically.
