Unprofessional and neglecting attitude of wi5

I have done my recharge 3 days back for 1010, 1 mbps unlimited plan via online ICICI netbanking recharge (transaction id 332532692/45391) and the page got expired after final payment.
Last 3 days i am constantly calling customer care but it seems they have put the receiver down because it always says busy. Once i called and even after picking my call they put the receiver down may be they didn’t know about my call and i was listening to their conversation.
Twice i was able to connect and when i complained about my problem, i was told, they will confirm the payment from icici and it will be resolved within 24 hrs. Now twice that has happened but that 24 hrs is still running. I have also mailed their so called “Escalation Matrix” but that is also of no use.

My concern is just proper response for my problem.
