Respected Sir,
I am subscriber of UNINOR TELECOMMUNICATION since last 3 months. During these months the company has deducted approx 150 rupees from my balance for the sake of unknown downloading songs and other unnecessary things which are unknown to me.
I tried many times, some times i got my balance but some times i got failure.
Still the customer care representative perform very rude behavior with me when i asked him for refund the deducted amount.
Please do some necessary and quick action.
