Dear Sir,
I am Harikesh Paul R/o 740 vikas Nagar Mauli Jagran Chandigarh using idea no 8872539758 from 8 to 10 month, sir my complaint is that idea had activated a service named voice chat without my permission & deduct Rs.30 from my mobile account & i talk to idea executive to stop this service on dated 30.04.2012 but till 05.05.2012 this service was not deactivated from idea, when i talk to another executive Mr.Charanjeet for refund the balance he refused to refund the same and told me that you can complaint to any one but your balance will not be refund. now my service has been stop from 05.05.2012 at 8.00 pm but my deduction is pending, sir i want to keep your attention toward this complaint because cellular companies are making fool to customers. So, you are requested to solve this issue and suggest me what should i do.
