Unnecessary Packs getting activated

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom GSM

Instead of my regular requests and complains, reliance telecom is activating some useless packs on my prepaid number every month without any prior information and consent. My account balance goes down substantially, I have written around 10-15 mails to reliance so far. Every month, after the activation of pack, I call the customer care to deactivate the pack and suffer the monetary losses. Is this part of some unethical target chasing or it is done intentionally just to make profits? I am too shocked with the strategy being followed by the reliance telecom industry and would like it to be checked in consumer’s interest.
