unnecessary overlimit/late payment charges and non closing of a/c

Dear sirs ,
I would like to inform you that i have been a client of state bank of India credit cards since 4- 5 years and i have regularly been making payments ,

i came to know that there is a facility of giving EMI of total outstanding yearly ,

i have applied for closing of cards and converting it in to EMi and have made payment of minimum dues too, even then my request is no0t paid attention and overlimit/late payment charges are being put for last 3 months ,

I request consumer forum to take necessary actions and ask SBI to reverse my late/overlimit charges for last 3 months and close my cards on EMI basis ,
