Unnecessary Ecs deduction from bank account

I have state bank account in state bank chaul,alibag raigad 402201. Branch. There are four loan accounts active on my bank account and not single emi bounced ever. still the bank has deducted 295 rs as ecs return charges on sunday 15/07/2018. I have contacted branch’s manager but he says we dont have any information about it. I dont know if my account is clear with no check bounce at all then why this ecs chrges got deducted.
