THERE WAS BREAKAGE ISSUE IN MY LAPTOP AND I WENT TO DELL’S AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER IN LAJPAT NAGAR,NEW DELHI ON
27th OF JUNE 2013.THEY TOLD ME I WILL HAVE TO PAY RS 21000 FOR EXTENDING MY WARRANTY AND OVERALL REPAIR OF THE
SYSTEM.THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE GIVEN TO ME WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.THEN I PAID THE AMOUNT AND
AFTER 7 DAYS WHEN I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE DONE SOME MISTAKE IN PLACING THE ORDER AND THEY HAVE
RESEND THE ORDER AND ASKED ME TO COME AFTER 7 DAYS.NOW THIS TIME WHEN I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PARTS ARE
UNAVAILABLE,THEN I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY AND RETURN MY LAPTOP IN THE SAME CONDITION AS I GAVE THEM,THEY
TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CONSULT THEIR SENIOR AND WILL TELL ME THE NEXT DAY.NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM BANGALORE AND
THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE SAID ” I AM RAGHU FROM DELL, SIR YOUR PARTS ARE AVAILABLE AND ARE DELIVERED AT THE
SERVICE CENTER LAJPAT NAGAR”.THIS TIME BEFORE GOING I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID “SIR YOUR SYSTEM IS
READY YOU CAN COME AND TAKE YOUR SYSTEM”.AS I WAS ALREADY FEELING THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG BECAUSE HOW CAN THE PARTS WHICH WERE UNAVAILABLE A DAY BEFORE CAN BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY BUT THIS TIME I WENT THERE
WITH THE HOPE THAT I WILL GET THE LAPTOP, BUT NOW WHEN I MET THE MANAGER HE TOLD ME THAT OUT OF 8 PARTS 6 ARE
AVAILABLE AND 2 PARTS ARE STILL UNAVAILABLE,AFTER LISTENING THIS EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR AND I FELT CHEATED BUT STILL I SHOWED PATIENCE.NOW FOR THE PAST 4 WEEKS THEY ARE SAYING THAT PARTS WILL BE DILIVERED AT THE END OF THE WEEK BUT STILL I AM WAITING.NOW FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS WHENEVER I CALLED THEM THEY ARE SAYING “OUR ENGINEER WHO IS WORKING ON YOUR SYSTEM IS ABSENT AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I WANT TO TALK TO YOUR MANAGER,THEY TOLD ME THAT MANAGER IS BUSY AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WITH THE UPDATED STATUS BUT THEY DID’NT CALLED.
BECAUSE OF ALL THIS I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT.ALL THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DON’T KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME THEY KNOW ONLY ONE THING “HOW TO MAKE FOOL OF CUSTOMERS”,THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY, FOR MONEY THEY CAN CHEAT ANYONE.
NOW I AM GIVING THEM 2 OPTIONS EITHER TO PROVIDE ME MY SYSTEM FULLY REPAIRED WITH ALL PARTS AND WARRANTY EXTENTION BY THE END OF THIS WEEK 10/08/2013 OR REFUND MY MONEY WITH THE SYSTEM IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH I GAVE THEM.
