My LIC policy in the Ramanathapuram LIC branch in Tamilnadu has reached four years and I have to get the survival benefit of Rs.15000/= on 28/01/2013. Despite repeated request, the branch has not yet released the payment. A reputed company like LIC behaving like this is shocking.They have sent me an intimation letter about the eligibility of the benefit, But not releasing the payment.
Policy number : 745715795. NEFT mandate form submitted on three occassions. They missed the forms submitted and demanded again. Submitted by me again.
