unnecessary deducton in the data

hi this is deepak from indore my prepaid reliance no is 07879012420 i had recharged it with Rs 101 data pack of 2GB on 26/01/2013 at 4 pm but in the next morning i.e. 27/01/2013 my data lost to more than 1.5 gb on a 2g speed how come it be possible that there is a data consumption of more than 1.5 GB in less than 15 hrs. and at what speed.
its a clear unfair deduction of data.
and even the customer care is behaving in an entirely casual manner as they dont have the detais. but in reality telecom companies have every single details. but they are either hiding the truth or not willing to disclose it.

kinldy clarify as how one can cosume 1.5 gb data in less than 15 hrs and if consumned. what internet speed relaince was providing.
