Unnecessary deduction of balance with unsubcribed subscriptions

I am using docomo sim(90433388586).I lost my 146Rs balance without my notices. When i called the customer care,they told that they have activated some services. To my best knowledge nothing was subscribed from my phone. At first i lost an amount of 99 and followed by 47. The later happened while i was talking to customer care executive.I complained 5 times and till i am not getting any refunds. Morever the behaviour of customer care executive is becoming more and more worse.
Please accept this as my complaint against this service.
