unnecessary deduction of balance prior to the over date of any special recharge

Name of company/service: reliance communication

i m the reliancce gsm customer for 1 year
i have lodged a complaint regarding unnecessery deduction of balance and expiration of special recharge for local call before its validation time(30 days)on dated 18-03-2013 at 11:30:19 pm.my SR no. 200071065.regarding this complaint they want 3 days time to resolve at last compony .but instead of this autorenewl scheme of 22:(loc RtoR 2p)they renew the scheme with further deduction of charges and after 2-3 hours they deactivate the same scheme. in this regard i talked so many times to the costumer care bt they just hang up me .now its been 5 days i hadnt either my scheme back or balance
