Unnecessary deduction of balance and even no customer support service to communicate

Hello,
I am Ashish dange,from Thane(Mumbai).
I want to bring to your knowledge the indirect harassment done by Videcon
mobile services to me.Last week that is on 16/06/2012 i have recharged for
Rs 100 on my mobie i got the necessary balance,in mean time i travelled
across rajasthan and gujrat,my cell was switched off during this time,when
i reached mumbai on 22/06/2012,i had checked the balance which was
straight away Rs60,without any reason for deduction of the difference, the
next day i.e on 23/06/2012,they again deducted my balance with Rs 30 and
again with Rs 15,later activating some weird caller tune which could not be
tolerated, as it was done without my consent which is straight away
unethical.
I tried calling customer care i.e 121,and even complaint
no.198 almost more than 50 times in last 2 days,but was shocked to learn no
one available to attend my call.
In such a state of unacceptable customer handling i dediced to
complaint and so mailed you the same.
Please help the needful consumer of INDIA.
