unnecessary deduction of balance

Name of company/service: airtel

respected sir/madam,
my balance is deducting automatically from my airtel sim.yesterday before going to sleep my balance was 35rs when i woke up 1.5rs was deducted showing last call 0.00 i called in customer care they said you have send an sms but not telling to whom i have sent it.so i took out the SIM from my mobile.but it wasn’t enough for them.today just now when i put my SIM back my balance shockingly went down from 33.60 to 8.60.as a result i called to the customer care, again they are saying that you are sending SMS but not telling the number.and now unnecessarily they have deducted further balance from my account and now it is just .60 paise.i am unemployed sir i don’t have money. i don,t know what to do.as my mother recharged my mobile.therefore i kindly request you to help me out.please sir/madam…..
