Name of company/service: loop mobile
On the name of internet pack, rs.11 has been deducted from my account despite of the fact that no message asking for my confirmation to renew such pack was sent to me as per company rules, nor was i informed that this pack will get auto-renewed.
one of the customer care executives after having a talk with me, accepted that it was mistake on part of company.
i strongly demand a refund of balance for the same.
i have faced the same issue before also and this is complete cheating on grounds of non-disclosure of information.
also, several times, call has been transferred to seniors, but they have remained un-responded keeping me on hold all the time.
i hope this matter is solved at the earliest otherwise the company could face a tough road ahead, leaving me no option but to approach the court.
