unnecessary deduction of balance

Sir,
I am a user of reliance
communications pvt. ltd. since the
past 2 years.
On 22nd august, 2013, a balance of
more than Rs. 30 was deducted from
my main balance even though I
didnt activate any service.
I even called to the customer care
but they were unable to solve the
problem.
So I request you to see in this
matter and help me to get my
balance back.
