My Name is Pradeep Kumar Khemka and I am an airtel prepaid user from Bangalore, from past few months I am facing a problem of balance depletion from my main balance. When I call the customer care of airtel they only assure me that i wont be facing the same problem again, but it dint happen the next moment I disconnect the call I get the same problem of balance depletion again, in fact when I called the customer care on 9th August 2012 Mr.Sandash the floor supervisor spoke to me so rudely and said it directly that the problem i am facing is all my problem and its not his or any of the customer care executive to solve the issue.
