unnecessary deduct balance from my mobile

sir,
I am just recharge my mobile of Rs. 51 for the purpose of talking, when i came my home one message came in my mobile ” ghar aaye jyotis sewa suru ho gai h” and deduct Rs.30 without my consent and I am not activated any service. After that when I complaint in customer care they say’s you activated of that service,forcefully.
So, please strictly regulate the company against such type of practice.Refund my Rs. 30

I am very depressed and feel unsecure.
