Unnecessary charging for bills

Location/place: Duttapukur West Bengal

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I was using tata docomo ( 9230167659). I asked the company to stop my service after paying last bill. But they have continued. I never used the docomo connection after paying my last bill. Now they are day by day increasing the bill and threatening me to pay. Their customer care executive is threatening me to take legal actions. Why I pay when I have not used? I have asked them to stop my connection but they are saying that they took some time to take action. Is it my fault? why should I pay? Kindly help.
