Unnecessary Charges on Mobile No. 9029069539

Location/place: Vashi Navi Mumbai

I, Mohd Wakil Ahmed, using Tata Docomo Mobile No. 9029069539 about 4 years, more than 1 month before, there are two pack activated on my said no. in the night costing to Rs. 30 & 10, which I have never requested to active the same. Very next morning I have tried to contact the Customer Care of Docomo, but I was unble to contact the Customer Care Executive on toll free customer no.of Tata Docomo. The no. is very useless, only we can reach to hear pre recorded msg.
Further I have lodge teh complaint on the Tata Docomo web portal, but till date the amount has not been refunded. and I would like to inform that I have deactivated the packs on very next morning of activation of the pack.

Please do the needful on this and inform me on the same by mail. As due to my mobile set problem, please contact me on if required on my alternate no. 7738361342.
