sir,
my issue is this i booked a laugage cartoons in jaipur by raj road lines transport and he given me a billty of 120/- for as transportation loading/unloading, service tax etc. after two days i visited to salasar road lines office for reaciveing my goods with 120/-. the other illegal charges were charged to me by balaji transport salasar as authorised agent of raj transport jaipur ,they service charge of 10% of 120/-, 20 rupees unloading charges. they total charged 152/- by me but 120 was leagal and 32 was illeagel they say me this also u have to pay otherwise do as u can so its my honerable request to you to please give attention in reagards of this issue because this is not only happening with me but all the consumer in salasr.. hoping for your early response.
