Name of company/service: Aircel
On 9th june i chose Aircel as my service provider to get the best telecom service, but after around one and half month i received a message that some necessary validation has failed of my number but when i called custmer care they told me that every thing is fine and it was error message from aircel, so i did not took any action regarding that message. But after 2 days my out going calls are blocked, i had no option but to go aircel store and submit my document once again because of miscommunication from Aircel customer.
After that also Aircel is not happy they blocked my incoming messages and calls, and not the outgoing calls and this time without notification and i called to customer care many times but no action is taken, i have suffered a lot of losses because my business persons could not contact me. So now i am leaving this issue on Aircel how they are taking this issue and how you will reimburse my losses which i suffered because of Aircel’s mistake
